We aim to inspire, equip, and empower individuals, communities, and regions to be agents of God’s Kingdom, building a better future for themselves and others.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our ministry is committed to empowering individuals, communities, and regions through holistic development. We seek to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelistic crusades, while also providing education, entrepreneurial and occupational training, and medical support to those in need. Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools they need to succeed both spiritually and materially and to transform communities by promoting self-sufficiency and sustainable development. We also aim to encourage others, spiritually and financially, who are also engaged in global ministry endeavors.
Executive Director
Dr. Rod Dennis
Dr. Rod has dedicated his life to empowering individuals of all ages to discover their Divine purpose and fulfill their destiny through his preaching, speaking, and teaching. His profound message and relatable approach demonstrate his deep connection with his audience. Dr. Rod offers a practical yet scholarly approach that resonates with those seeking a simple yet profound message.
With a strong commitment to knowledge and education, Dr. Rod has earned two bachelor’s degrees, two master’s degrees, and a doctorate in Behavioral Psychology. In addition to his academic achievements, he has held leadership positions in several Fortune 100 companies.
Over his extensive ministry journey, this Man of God has made a lasting impact. As the founder and Executive Director of Rod & Staff Ministries, he not only seeks to bring souls into the Kingdom of God but also to inspire, equip, and empower individuals, communities, and regions to be agents of God’s Kingdom, contributing to a brighter future for themselves and others.
Dr. Rod is a devoted family man, blessed with four children (Kristle, Shauntyle, J’aime, and Jared) and five cherished grandchildren (Elijah, Layla, Kaila, DeMarcus Jr., and Edward). Currently, he and his wife, Debbie, call Spring, TX, their home.

What We Believe
GOD
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19).
JESUS CHRIST
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory (John 3:16; Acts 1:9-11; Romans 1:3-6).
HOLY SPIRIT
Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation (Titus 3:5).
THE BIBLE
The Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16).
REPENTANCE
The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ (John 14:6).
THE BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
The baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
ETERNITY
In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost – the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation (Revelation 20:11-15).
FAMILY
We believe in the sacredness of marriage between one man and one woman and family commitment. We promote strong family values (Ephesians 5:31-33; Ephesians 6:1-4; Hebrews 13:4; Matthew 19:5 Leviticus 18:22; Genesis 2:24).
HEALING
The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer (1 Peter 2:24).
BAPTISM
In water baptism by immersion (Matthew 28:19).
HOLINESS
The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer (1 Peter 2:24).
THE RAPTURE
In the blessed hope – the rapture of the Church at Christ’s coming (Titus 2:13).
