Carlissa Crawford works with organizations large and small with local and international reach bringing 30+ years of HR executive leadership inspired by her passion for making an positive impact on people and empowering them to live better and more fulfilled lives. Carlissa’s professional and ministry works connect through RAS Ministries as she and her beloved husband, Marlon, bring the love of God into campaigns around education, occupational skill building, and entrepreneurship.

Carlissa and Marlon are married in Chicago, IL and Sunrise, FL with four children, Kensli, Morgan, Karlia and Kenneth; and 2 grandchildren, Gabrielle and Prescott. Their relationship began in high school and they are as in love now as the moment they feel in love through God’s grace and mercy. Their relationship and family are centered in God’s will and service. They partner together in all that they do, from parenting to expert training and education, and selfless ministry. Working to help make a large mega church feel more intimate and a part of daily lives and bringing the church and its impact outside of the four walls of the church. Carlissa is an Division leader for RAS and with her husband by her side they are looking to do great things through Christ who strengthens them and provides guidance, light and endurance in their work.
