Dr. Jerome Justin McGee
Director – Education

Dr. Jerome Justin McGee has served in ministry for more than 40 years. The son of a preacher, Dr. McGee grew up understanding the call and life of a servant/leader. Currently serving as the Senior Pastor of Jubilee Training Center (Sacramento, CA), Dr. McGee is motivated in training and developing people to fulfill their divine destiny of active engagement and faithfully serving the Kingdom of God.

Dr. McGee has been involved in international ministry for over 20 years, visiting numerous countries and regions, preaching, planting churches, developing leaders, and encouraging local congregations in the work of the Lord.

As the Director of Education for Rod & Staff Ministries, Dr. McGee supervises the development and implementation of educational programs that improve the lives of individuals in developing countries. His efforts are targeted to ensure that the ministry’s educational programs are designed, implemented, and evaluated in a way that maximizes their impact on the lives of individuals in developing countries, helping them to improve their skills, knowledge, and opportunities for a better life.

Married to Donna Romby-McGee for over 40 years, he and his wife have two married sons (Jerome and Jared), two daughters (Tiffany and India), and six grandchildren.
